Shipping/Policies
SHIPPING~ You are responsible for your order after delivery. We are also not responsible for your order once USPS has it in their possession. You will receive an email with your order number. You'll also be provided with a tracking number that will update within 24-48 hours after your order is shipped. Shipping days are usually 1-3 days (excluding Sundays). Delivery delays may occur, which are normal but are out of my control.
WRONG ADDRESS~ Please CHECK YOUR ADDRESS to make sure it is correct before placing your order. If you have entered the wrong address in at checkout after purchasing...PLEASE contact me IMMEDIATELY so I can change it.
Note: If your order label has already been created and your address is incorrect, you will be required to pay for a new label.
CANCEL/REFUNDS~ If the order was placed by accident or you would like to cancel the order, contact me within 12 hours of when the order was placed. I will assist you further.
